Refund policy
This Refund & Return Policy applies exclusively to services purchased through www.myecomnavi.com, which is owned and operated by ECOMNAVI LTD, a private limited company registered in the United Kingdom under company number 16125158, with its registered office at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. All our services are intangible and delivered digitally via video call, email, or online portal.
Service issues
Please review the delivered service or digital materials promptly upon receipt and contact us immediately if you experience any technical issues, errors, or believe that the service provided does not match the description or agreed terms. We will evaluate the situation and take appropriate action to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Clients may request a refund within 21 days following the completion of a consultation if they believe that the objectives set out in the purchased service package have not been met. Refund requests will only be considered where the service has not yet commenced or where ECOMNAVI LTD is unable to deliver the service as described. Refunds cannot be granted once a service has been completed or partially performed, where dissatisfaction results from a change of mind after the commencement of work, or where the client fails to provide the necessary information, access, or cooperation required to enable proper delivery of the service.
Right of Withdrawal
As all services provided by ECOMNAVI LTD are digital and personalized, there is no legal right of withdrawal once the service has commenced. By completing a purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree that service delivery may begin immediately upon payment, thereby waiving your statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Disputes
Before initiating any chargeback, claim, or legal action, clients are required to contact ECOMNAVI LTD directly in order to give us the opportunity to review and resolve the matter amicably. We are committed to addressing any concerns promptly and finding a fair and professional resolution whenever possible.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
